it seems that CVP tests (and smoke tests too) are failing because of https://github.com/jboss-fuse/application-templates/blob/application-templates-2.1.0.fuse-sb2-7_11_1-00001-redhat-00001/quickstarts/eap-camel-cxf-jaxrs-template.json#L3 in all application templates. API version for templates change in OCP 4.11. The fix should be template.openshift.io/v1 as reported in documentation: https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.11/rest_api/template_apis/template-template-openshift-io-v1.html.
