Some Kamelet tests are disabled due to lacking account information for 3rd party libraries such as Salesforce.

We should enable the automated tests and add encrypted credentials for these 3rd party libraries.

Use camel-k-examples as a reference how to add encrypted credentials. (e.g. https://github.com/openshift-integration/camel-k-example-saas/tree/1.8.x/.github/secrets)
