Each Kamelet defines its output format as described in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ENTESB-19590.
The output format schema could be exposed to a schema registry (e.g. Apicurio) in order to allow other components to leverage the output schema definition (e.g. tooling like Kaoto).
The Kamelets could expose this data format as a special event type in some event type registry (e.g. as used in Knative) so other components can read the event type information from that registry.
