The bundle image uses deprecated CRD. Apicurito installation via operator hub does not work for the latest API version v1, which replaced the v1aplha1 version.
Bundle image: registry-proxy.engineering.redhat.com/rh-osbs/fuse7-fuse-apicurito-rhel8-operator-metadata:1.11-13. Please see the attached CRD extracted from the bundle image, which contains the deprecated API version.
