Support extension: camel-quarkus-rest-openapi

In CQ Extension Analysis isn't listed CQ extension camel-quarkus-rest-openapi (in none of sheets "CEQ Full list GA Extensions", "CEQ 2.7.0 GA", "CEQ 2.2 GA"), however it is used by REST OpenAPI Sink.

Based on info from Christoph "...I have added this Kamelet upstream because RHOC is using the upstream catalog and the Kamelet has been primarily requested by RHOC." in FUSEQE-17212 I understand the kamelet might be supported in future.
