Setting ManagementStatisticsLevel.RoutesOnly should enable statistics only for routes and NOT for processors. Unfortunately it has no effect since we can see all the processors metrics.

camelContext.getManagementStrategy().getManagementAgent().setStatisticsLevel(ManagementStatisticsLevel.RoutesOnly);
