The Dev Sandbox cluster uses an idler tooling to kill long running pods on the cluster as a form of cleanup. The idler implementation is not able to work with scale sub-resources at the moment.

As Camel K integrations make use of the scale sub-resource the Dev Sandbox idler is not able to terminate long running Camel K integrations.

This enhancement is a prerequisite to enabling Camel K on dev sandbox clusters.
