At the moment we're using the following PNC build statement:

mvn -e -V -B -DskipTests -Denforcer.skip=true -Dinvoker.skip=true -Dgpg.skip=true -DfailIfNoTests=false -Prelease -Dtest=false clean deploy -DskipClean -DaltDeploymentRepository=indy-mvn::${AProxDeployUrl} dependency:tree

This was needed as in legacy Jenkins we used to have a pre-build. Now, we must include test and possible remove the other options in order to be aligned with upstream.
