Version 9.4.43.v20210629-redhat-00003 of Jetty comes from camel-dependencies. We import jetty-bom to our bom based on that version.
However, jetty-alpn-java-client is not available in that version https://indy.psi.redhat.com/api/content/maven/group/static/org/eclipse/jetty/jetty-alpn-java-client/9.4.43.v20210629-redhat-00003/jetty-alpn-java-client-9.4.43.v20210629-redhat-00003.jar

Although other artifacts are available, e.g. https://indy.psi.redhat.com/browse/maven/group/static/org/eclipse/jetty/jetty-alpn-client
