After FUSEQE-16240 all extensions have prod documentation, but only some extensions have the prod documentation page. So now when users open the Dev UI and click on guide for for example AWS 2 cloudwatch they get 404 (https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_integration/2.latest/html/camel_extensions_for_quarkus_reference/extensions-aws2-cw)

The docs should be productized only for supported official extensions. For the rest it should be upstream docs.
