I think there is a typo in test OpenAQConsumer.feature:

    Given Kafka connection
     url       | event-streaming-kafka-cluster-kafka-brokers:9094

I suppose there should be url to kafka instance: "event-streaming-kafka-cluster-kafka-bootstrap:9092"
