left/right/end keys do not work in Fuse/karaf shell on Windows through SSH

      • Try pressing Left/Right arrow keys and instead of moving the cursor around, it generates combinations like this "[A", "[D"

    Description

      Instead of moving the cursor to edit shell command input, the left/right/end keys produce "[D", "[C", "[F" char sequences in the karaf shell.

      Note: The issue is Windows only through SSH.
