Fuse distribution file paths are too long on Windows

Fuse distribution zip doesn't unzip correctly and isn't recognized in Windows desktop environments. You can not unzip it with normal tools.

You can use JAR to extract which seems to work. but if you then try to delete it, it complains about directory depth. The zip file explorer says its damaged, but it works fine on a mac / linux.
