Karaf-camel-amq quickstart is using AMQ broker instead of Enmasse. (see https://github.com/fabric8-quickstarts/karaf-camel-amq/tree/fuse-7.x.redhat)

Spring-boot-camel-amq should be consistent and use AMQ broker too. (Here is another reason: QE tests AMQ broker/online - not Enmasse)
