Camel K image build is always producing a build with the patch version fixed (ie, 1.6.0, even when we're releasing 1.6.1). See OSBS build traces:

We should work in order to keep in sync the version provided in https://github.com/jboss-fuse/fuse-camel-k/blob/camelk-1.6-openshift-rhel-8/Dockerfile#L6
