Enable Log Plugin for Hawtio in Fuse on Spring Boot

Enable Log Plugin for Hawtio in Fuse on Spring Boot:

There's an example project for Log4j 1 [1]. Because this version was removed from Fuse 7.10, we should create one for Log4J 2.
