    Description

      I had to revert to 3.6.x in ENTESB-17660 because of the problems with Elytron Persistence Manager for Fileinstall.
      The root breaking change is https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX-6412, but I didn't analyze it yet.
      Scheduled for 7.11.
