As per ENTESB-16560 Camel K 1.4 does currently not support the kamel reset and kamel uninstall commands.

Which leaves the question how one can reset the Camel K installation and uninstall Camel K.

The reset command is fairly useful for a developer if he quickly wants to reset the installation after things got messed up (which happened to me multiple times).
And uninstall should allow for a clean uninstallation of Camel K, so very useful as well

I propose to support both commands in Camel K 1.6.
