Remove usage of deprecated extensions/v1beta1 Ingress in Camel K

• extensions/v1beta1 Ingress is deprecated currently, and is removed in Kubernetes 1.22
• OpenShift Container Platform 4.9 is [planned for 18/10/2021|https://pp.engineering.redhat.com/pp/product/openshift/release/openshift-4.9/schedule/overview?range[start]=2021-10-04&range[end]=2021-10-19&filters=default&groupsLabels=shortname&stack=oneLinePhases&groupSort=ga&showStatus=false&showGAdates=false&showOutages=true&releases=openshift-4.9]
• OpenShift Container Platform 4.9 will be based on Kubernetes 1.22 (mentioned in overview)

Consequently, this must be done for Camel K 1.6
