When listing bundles, all names are truncated at 20 chars using CMQ or PowerShell on Windows Server 2016.

This is on Windows Server 2016, so it's supported setup. I also reproduced it on Windows 10, both with CMD and PowerShell. It works fine with Git Bash or cygwin.
