Apparently we missed the update to replace the deprecated APIs for the API Curito operator in Fuse 7.9:

We need change this to `apiextensions.k8s.io/v1`  APIs before OCP 4.9 is released (October 2021), otherwise the operator will not deploy on the that OCP version anymore.
