Quickstart Camel K: Event Streaming Example warns about Secret in UserReportSystem integration

      On OCP 4.6/4.7, with CK8, I installed Camel K via:

      export KAMEL_INSTALL_MAVEN_REPOSITORIES=\"http://nexus.fuse-qe.eng.rdu2.redhat.com/repository/fuse-all/@mirrorOf=*,\!jitpack\",\"https://jitpack.io\@id=jitpack@snapshots@releases\"
kamel install --olm-source=camel-k-source --olm-channel=1.4.x --force

      Next I followed setup of quickstart up to 

      kamel run UserReportSystem.java

      Where I observed described warning. The integration was Running.
