There are two problems with the current example:

1) 

The camel-k-example-event-streaming exampe (1) for Camel K should use the org.amqphub.quarkus:quarkus-qpid-jms dependency, rather than 

 mvn:org.apache.qpid:qpid-jms-client:0.45.0.redhat-00002 - to derive it's client deps from a to-be-productised quarkus extension.

2)

 Furthermore, the example relies on Sjms2, but should be using qpid here:
