Investigate dependencies we can omit from the Maven repo zips

As discovered in ENTESB-14760, we ship items like the Apache CXF distribution that serve no purpose in our CQ/CK stories. There are likely other zips/jars/poms that serve no real purpose as well so we should investigate what can be omitted.
