For DDB Stream the following use cases should be tested:

• Batch consumer https://camel.apache.org/components/3.10.x/aws2-ddbstream-component.html#_batch_consumer

• Our DDB extension should be able to work when `quarkus-amazon-dynamodb` is in the class path.
