Syndesis-db is still based on RHEL7 image. It was not updated as part of enhancement ENTESB-16261 due to this problem ENTESB-16370 ( https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1935301 ).
Once the problem will be resolved, we should update syndesis-db to RHEL8 as well.
