Remove swagger projects from build

 https://github.com/jboss-fuse/camel/pull/1680 means that we are using swagger 1.62 and that we don't want to override that with a swagger 1.5.24.fuse build - we need to remove the swagger (1.5.24/2.1.3) projects from the build.
