Review identified gaps: camel-quarkus-main from TP1

Open Questions:

• As customer i would like to know what is supported way of configuring camel (eg. via properties/CDI) - or to know it doesn't matter. As customer i would like to know what all features brings camel-quarkus-main and what is benefit of not having it.

DoD:

• clarify if camel-quarkus-main extensions is supported in next release
• clarify if all features from camel-quarkus-main are there (if something wasn't removed)
• ENG/QE review features from comment
  • Configure camel runtime via application.properties
  • Specify/configure custom beans in application.properties
• ENG/QE review again the coverage for health, lra, threadpool and faulttolerance - comment
