Introduce z-stream channel with Camel K 1.4.0

      Getting closer to GA we can introduce a 1.4.x  channel for the product OLM bundles.

      The 2021-M3 release should switch toa 1.4.x channel in OLM

       

          1.
          		 Create a second channel 1.4.x and default to it Sub-task Resolved Major Unassigned
          2.
          		 Drop `skipRange` and use `replaces` in OLM manifest Sub-task Resolved Major Unassigned
          3.
          		 Introduce a maintenance branch under jboss-fuse for the OLM metadata Sub-task Resolved Major Unassigned
