For each PR we upload container images built in the PR to quay.io/syndesispr, this is a requirement so that we can run QE smoke tests that spin up Syndesis for pull requests.

Right now they're automated by invoking a generic webhook job on ci.fabric8.io. This is done this way because otherwise we would need to share credentials for quay.io on the PR job, which poses a security issue.
