The affinity/tolerations settings in syndesis/app CR are applied only to the syndesis-* DeploymentConfigs, except syndesis-jaeger, which also should be included when the user chooses to install jaeger addon.
As syndesis-jaeger pod is also a syndesis/fuse-online workload, it should be subjected to the affinity/tolerations settings in syndesis/app CR.
