Following this example user can either create a new connector (with sensible output) or download the connector & get output not mentioned in the example.

It can be confusing when you are following the example and you get a different output. 
I'd propose changing the example to either:

• require the user built connector
• create the  ResultSetConversionStrategy }}class in a different project that is added to the connector folder{{
• maybe using json without schemas would eliminate the need for customizing the output?
