Please support for Microsoft SQL Server 2019 in Red Hat Fuse.

AMQ Broker 7.8 certifies MSSQL 2016 and 2019. However Red Hat Fuse 7.8 only certifies MSSQL 2016 and 2017. So user who plans to use AMQ Broker and Red Hat Fuse needs to choose MSSQL 2016.

The important fact is that Microsoft will end their MSSQL 2016 maintenance support on July 2021, so please certify SQL Server 2019 ASAP.
