Camel K operator monitoring e2e test does not work

    Description

      Running test https://github.com/apache/camel-k/tree/master/e2e/yaks/openshift/monitoring fails as it looks Openshift doesn't serve the metrics.
      In screenshot can be visible that no camel_k_* metrics are visible after camel-k build.

      Note custom user metrics are enabled, see
