Investigate moving the release builds off of ci.fabric8.io

      Syndesis upstream seems to be the only one that uses ci.fabric8.io Jenkins instance. We were recently asked if we could run those jobs somewhere else so that the ci.fabric8.io Jenkins instance can be decommissioned.

      We could consider moving to GitHub actions for those (upstream issue).
