Fuse 7.8 Missing swagger v3 artifacts

    Description

      Issues w/ swagger v3 testing a service migration from the 7.7 BOM.

      As seen in the error, I do not see a 2.1.3 release for swagger v3:
      https://maven.repository.redhat.com/ga/io/swagger/core/v3/swagger-core/

      Changing fuse-karaf-bom version from 7.7.0.fuse-770012-redhat-00003 to 7.8.0.fuse-sb2-780038-redhat-00001 per the migration guide should build without issues. Maven build error: "Could not find artifact io.swagger.core.v3:swagger-jaxrs2:jar:2.1.3.fuse-780019-redhat-00001".
