The 1.11.x codebase has brought up issues where the CSV generation has attributes the deviate from the script install. This has meant that fuse-online installed by the OperatorHub has failed while the fuse-online-install scripts have succeeded.

Simplify deployment resources so both processes use the same content and result in the same output.
