Syndesis fails when updating via operatorhub

    Description

      When upgrading from Syndesis 7.7 (registry.redhat.io/fuse7/fuse-online-operator-bundle:latest) to latest 7.8 bundle (registry-proxy.engineering.redhat.com/rh-osbs/fuse7-fuse-online-operator-metadata:1.8-11), the syndesis-db pod fails with log: syndesis-db.
      Based on the fact that other upgrade tests passed I suspect there might be only an issue in the CSV in the bundle.

      Syndesis-db 7.8 uses following image: registry.redhat.io/rhscl/postgresql-10-rhel7@sha256:391bc20cbd38cc49557ea1428673dbc38c49def963756936b3174141b3b1aeec
