Fuse Online install script get stuck on waiting for Jaeger operator on OCP4 when another Fuse Online is installed

      Fuse Online install script get stuck on waiting for Jaeger operator when one or more Syndesis already exist in OCP 4 cluster. Since the syndesis-jaeger is installed by operator hub, the jaeger-operator is installed only on one Syndesis namespace. So when the user install Syndesis to another namespace, the jaeger-operator don't appear there but the install script waits for it.
