Apicurito generator pods are not ready

Installation via operatorhub (new bundle) with operator-metadata image 1.8-7

As attached image shows after deployment pods are in running state but they are not ready.
Apicurito generator log is fine.
Apicurito generator events show:

Liveness probe failed: Get "http://10.128.2.172:8181/health": dial tcp 10.128.2.172:8181: connect: connection refused

But there is an error in the Apicurito operator log. (See attached log)
