CQL example uses upstream archetype to generate extended connector

The CQL source example instructs the user to use a maven archetype to generate an extended connector. The maven command provided contains the upstream version 0.5.0 instead of the productized version, meaning the created maven project will use upstream CKC bits.

Fixing this will probably require updating the example with every rebuild, to use the correct version (currently 0.5.0.fuse-jdk11-800014-redhat-00001)
