Camel-K CSV does not use correct version

OLM is available in the cluster
Camel K installed in namespace csv via OLM subscription

      I can see Version 1.1.0 in the Camel-K CSV. Since we have Camel-K 1.2 underneath I would expect to see version 1.2.
