FHIR Patient items are not able to use in data mapper

A lots of mapping field in FHIR connector for create, transaction and update operation on Patient are disabled and cannot be mapped.
e.g. in our test for create operation, we map name of the patient on the path `Patient.name.given.tns:value` but now, the name on path `Patient.name` is disabled.
I have uploaded screenshots from 20200922 and 20201006 version for comparison.
