extend ftp connector

at the moment ftp connector is very limited in options and parameters, for example you can just download a single file.

would be nice to add several options like:

• include / exclude
• further consuming and producing options
• allow for deciding on whether to consume or produce files always

and all those others that make sense in terms of consuming and producing files.
