Enable logging for SSH Container Fabric commands (JSch)

Fabric commands use JSCh and metadata from ZK to connect to an SSH child container.

If there is an issue with the SSH connection there is no logging to troubleshooting it. 

The JSch library (used by Fabric commands) can use a static defined logger that would be very helpful.
