narayana-spring-boot need alignment/merge for 7.8

The current version of narayana-spring-boot we have in Fuse looks old compared to the https://github.com/snowdrop/narayana-spring-boot version.     We have a 2.1.x branch, but it is way behind the snowdrop 2.1.x, and contains a lot of Fuse-only commits.    Snowdrop narayana-spring-boot 2.1.x branch contains spring-boot 2.1.5.RELEASE, so we may have changes to make to that.

In trying to upgrade narayana-spring-boot to 2.3.2 I noticed there were a number of integration tests failing, which seem to have been removed from the snowdrop/narayana-spring-boot 2.1.x branch.     We need to figure out what version to use.
