Camel health and customer load port conflict.

Camel-K health endpoint is exposed on port 8080 when container probes are enabled. This port can conflict with customer load. Maybe we should consider moving health endpoints to some port that is not used by customer load so often.

I have met this behavior on the SaaS example. See https://github.com/openshift-integration/camel-k-example-saas/blob/master/MockWorkday.java#L21. This integration won't start with container probes enabled.
