[Observability] Expose operator metrics

What

• Expose operator metrics using the operator-sdk.
• Expose custom metrics for Camel K specific logic required for the identified SLIs

Why

To support the management of the "Infra layer" by an SRE team.

How

Updating the main operator function with newer operator-sdk metrics functions.
