We should provide some default Grafana dashboards for Fuse on OpenShift using the camel metrics we measure.

Proposed validation steps

• QE can use the following doc to see what metrics are featured in the dashboards.
  https://github.com/jboss-fuse/application-templates/blob/2.1.x.sb2.redhat-7-x/dashboards/README.md
• Once the installation steps ENTESB-14260 become available, install a Grafana instance according to the guide and then deploy some Fuse quickstarts on OCP.
• Then examine whether each metric explained in the above doc picks up meaningful data.
