Offlined DV maven repo contains wrong version of maven clean plugin

    Description

      When using the maven repo obtained from the dv offline manifest, the virtualdatabasebuilder build fails early on with 

      Plugin org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-clean-plugin:2.5 or one of its dependencies could not be resolved: Could not find artifact org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-clean-plugin:jar:2.5 in central (http://offline-repo-dvqe.apps.dv-44-a.openshift-aws.rhocf-dev.com/)

      This is because the offline repo has the 3.1.0 version of the maven-clean-plugin.

      It's possible there are other maven plugins with wrong version.
